This page lists the payment methods we accept, including our bank details. For this month's delivery times please click here. 

PAYMENT BY CARD

For Mail order: we accept the following, both online and by telephone: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Shop Pay. We do not accept PayPal.  We do not store any card details.
For Callers in person: cash preferred, or bank transfer from your mobile device (this is usually instant but, officially, can take up to two hours).

FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Theoretically, the money can take two hours to arrive but it's usually instant. When you pay, enter (as the reference) the invoice number / order number so we can work our what the money is for. 

FOR COMPANIES:

Theoretically, a bank payment (Faster Payments) can take two hours but it's usually instant. Please don't forget to send us the remittance advice so that we know what the payment is for.  

"Immediate" BACS payments take two working days but check with your accounts department, they may only do a payment-run once a month. Please don't forget to send us the remittance advice so that we know what the payment is for.

BANK CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

Any bank-charges from your own bank must be paid by you.

You will be given this option (who pays the charges) when you transfer the money.

In addition to any bank charges from your bank, our bank charges us $10.00 for receiving more than $120.00, so please add $10.00. This only applies to US Dollars, and only if the amount is over $120.00.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR CASH

Cheques accepted, just like in old times. And, just like old times, allow 28 days for standard delivery (or 21 days for express delivery). 

Cash accepted if collecting from our premises at WD18 8JA.
