how many times can i use the strips before replacing them
Each strip can be used once or twice and there are 60 strips in a book. Also, a replacement book of strips is only £2.00.

Will these work to calibrate an electronic gold tester
No, it won't work. The gold tips on the needles measure about 1mm X 2mm which is just too small for the Kee pen-probe to make contact.
(The Kee is fine for testing jewellery, no item of jewellery is that small) -
How do you use these needles to test gold karat between 9K to 24K? I still don’t get the method of how to use it.
The touchstone method (test-needles must be used with a touchstone and acids) is for the experienced jeweller who knows what to do, it's quite complicated. Our gold testers are much simpler, you do not have to use the touchstone method with our testers (though you can if you want).
