Average contents: 100 (say, between 95 and 105).
The mix is approx. 50:50 brass / steel.
Length approx. 30mm diameter (it's up to you cut each one down to length).
Picking out a large-looking pin and a small-looking pin at random, I get the following measurements: largest: 3mm tapering to 3mm; smallest: 1.2mm tapering to 0.3mm.

If you are looking for a pin that holds the links together (and providing it's rivetted and not a screw) - then yes.
If the watch bracelet has fallen off the watch then no, you need spring-bars that fit between the lugs.
